We are a small comfortable B & B of two double rooms on the outskirts of the Cinque Ports town of Rye, East Sussex set among several country walks.  Our cottage is set in half an acre of garden adjoining pasture land with lovely old oak trees.  We are located two miles from the beach at Winchelsea and five miles from the beach at Camber Sands.

The rooms are furnished in a vintage style and also include television and tea making facilities.  Children are most welcome.  A generous breakfast is provided.
 

There is ample car parking with a small country pub a short walk away that provides excellent evening meals.
 

We can also offer 1940's weekenders and mid-week breaks with swing dance classes on a one to one basis from our own home (or local hall), which would be suited to your needs whether as a complete beginner or competent dancer. So why not combine your stay in the Rye area with classes in Lindy Hop, Shag or Balboa.  The classes and B & B combined as an activity break would be offered at a very reasonable rate.


Charges are made per room with the cost being £50 (October  - May) and £60 (June - September) per evening which would be reduced if the stay exceeds one evening.  The cost per room would also reduce if taken with dance tuition.
